We had an event this past weekend catered by A Splendid Affair. The chef behind the company has his CCC designation (the highest possible designation in culinary circles). They did an amazing job and the food was unbelievable. I am a foody and, if I was 20 years younger adn looking for a start in the biz, that's where I'd go.
