Or know someone looking for a Chef? I don't have any connections in the Calgary area so I am at a real loss on this one.

I have a younger sibling (20 years old in December) who will be moving to Calgary in a few weeks. He has his certificate from the Vancouver Culinary Institute and has worked in pubs/restaraunts the past year. He has a great passion for cooking and is very willing to learn.

I am a little worried about him finding employment in Calgary and was wondering if any of you guys had some tips in restaraunts to look for?

Good stories? Bad stories? Good leads?

Anything at all in terms of information would be greatly appreciated. I really would consider this a personal favour. I don't want him going there and having trouble or getting jerked around.
