I don't love or hate the Patriots.
But I have really respected the way they were able to bring in players and seem to win with almost anyone due to a team concept.
They have lost some of that respect. They are still a great team, with or without the cheating. But that is kind of what makes it so bad. They didn't need to do this to thrive.
I'm not one of those who believe "If you're not cheating, you're not trying" people. I believe that this sort of philosophy violates the spirit of the game.
