Which doesn't apply to Deerfoot (in the 100 KPH designated zones). Others have indicated there are "Slower Traffic Keep Right" signs on Deerfoot, but from the descriptions so far (100 meters inside City Limits, southbound around 130th Ave) those are in the 110 KPH zones, thus highway designated sections, not urban.

Perhaps this is where the discussion isn't comparing apples and oranges.

No where does the law speak to "normal" being a speed above the posted limits. Yes, keep right on the highways. No reason not to. Pass when appropriate.
