I don't have an eating disorder, but because of my size (I'm an incredibly skinny individual) people often assume that I do. Which I find mildly insulting when coming from strangers.
One thing I'd like to know is why it's not socially acceptable to bring up a fat person's weight and quiz them on it, but it's perfectly ok to walk up to a skinny person and say "wow you're skinny" "do you eat?" and "you must be a vegitarian, are you?"
Don't get me wrong, I'd prefer to be underweight and healthy, than overweight and healthy, but I find the double standard ammusing.
