My personal favourite people to hate on rural highways are those that play leap frog. You pass them because they are doing 90 in a 100. They then speed up for no reason, pass you, then slow right back down to 90 again. Well thanks jackass. Now I gotta overtake you again. |
I have no problem if you can do it safely but you probably knew the highway and where to pass. Its very easy to tell when someone doesn't know the highway.
