Yep, and like I said, you can tell just from reading this thread that Calgary has no driving identity. That's the thing that most of my relatives from back east say too. "Why are there so many slow drivers in the fast lane, don't they know to move to the right?" or " All the cars in this city are going all different speeds in all different lanes". But then you talk to a lot of people in Calgary that say things to the effect of "if you're going the speed limit, you're entitled to drive in the left lane" or "isn't the 'slower traffic keep right' rule just for outside the city?", and then you realize why our traffic is kind of messed up.
BTW, I'm not sticking up for the speeders, I'm just simply stating why ouru traffic doesn't flow very well in CAlgary.
