1. Speeding is against the law. It may also be morally wrong and stupid, depending on road conditions, traffic and driver skill.
2. Excessive speeding (more than 25 km/h over the limit or so) is always morally wrong, stupid, and selfish, as well as still being against the law.
3. Speeding coupled with tailgating, flashing one's lights, and cursing other drivers is not only morally wrong, it is immature and shows lack of self-discipline. It is also very dangerous and borderline criminally negligent.
4. Poor drivers allow other people to annoy and distract them from paying attention to their own driving.
5. Good drivers drive defensively and avoid situations where they come in conflict with people doing any or all of #1, #2, #3, or #4.

So unless you are #5 almost all the time, you are not a good driver. Good driving is not dictated by reflexes, it is 90% mental awareness and 10% ability to handle your vehicle. Anyone can learn to handle their OWN car at high speed; the trick is learning how to handle other people's cars in your mind so that you don't need to rely on your reflexes.
