whats more frustrating ...
1) drivers who drive tenativly and hold up traffic and basically drive like they have no clue, but you look at them and they look scared out of their mind (or just oblivious)
OR
those drivers who are driving tenativly, but when you look at them they look like someone who should be driving with some confidence and not like they just got their license.
