I restrained myself in the other thread and in this one I won't. If you want to drive at or below the speed limit do not screw up anyone else's driving because you want to do that. I think there can be a balance between the left and the right lane....but your little rant here is pathetic. You are going to tailgate someone and risk a major accident because you think you have a right to drive over the speed limit?
