High-ranking Russian military officials helped terrorists carry out last September's school massacre in Beslan, Russia, according to the head of a special parliamentary commission.
The head of the commission investigating the fatal hostage-taking, in which 344 people -- mainly children -- died, said Friday two accomplices had already been detained and two others were likely to be arrested soon.
Alexander Torshin told Russian reporters the suspects included officials ranking "higher than major" and "these people are still at their jobs." He did not identify the officials.
