Totally agree. What monitor are you going to be using? Unless you're running on 1920x1200 and above, the Ultra does not offer much over the 8800 GTS 320mb. Even then, you'd need to turn up the AA/AF details and all.
Edit: Saw you have a 22" monitor - so probably 1680x1050. I would say if you could save a couple hundred dollars on the GTX, you would feel absolutely NO difference at all.
