As for the implants and identifiers and what not, geez, come on.
Don't apply for the job in the first place? What if there aren't any other jobs? If this becomes accepted or common, soon enough you won't be able to get a job if you aren't willing to be tracked like Arnold in The Running Man.
And the old "if you aren't doing anything wrong, you shouldn't mind bla bla bla...", man that is lame. I'm not doing anything wrong this weekend, but I don't want my employer to be able to track my movements. Why not? I don't know, I just don't. Do you? Would you write them a detailed itinerary if they asked where exactly you were going to be? If not, why not?
And doing something wrong is certainly open to interpretation. "hmm, looks like Bob was at the gay bar again on Saturday night and he didn't get home until Sunday afternoon. Tuesday he was at the Free Clinic on 10th street. Then he went to the liquor store. He's been a hell of an employee for 10 years, but I gotta let him go."
