Everyone is so quick to point out that it is steroids, the WWE does also test for other drugs as well such as pain killers. Batista, Edge, Kennedy, Helms, Lashley, and Regal all have been working through injuries in the past couple of months, so it might be pain killers too.

And don't forget to mention that there are other professional athletes on this list as well.
