In Maui I stayed at the Shores of Kaanapali. I recommend it. We got a huge suite that was basically an apartment. Big kitchen, living room, bedroom... it was great and we only paid about $110US a night. Of course the resort has all the amendities, like beach, pool, restaurant, shops. Very nice and for the price, can't beat it.
I loved Hawaii so much I ended up buying a timeshare on Oahu. I can't wait to go back.
