As he should be, especially as one of the pilots was from Quebec. If you can't use both languages in a situation like this, then get someone who can.
subtitles don't cut it here.
he's the CEO of a company subject to the Official Languages Act, and he's also lived in Quebec for about 20 years. no excuse for this guy not being fluent in French. sure maybe he doesn't legally have to, but he damn well should.
Doesn't help that in the past he was very dismissive of needing to learn the language.
