I forgot to add that if you are looking at purchasing vista, ebay may be the best option. I was able to buy a BNIB windows vista ultimate edition full retail(not oem, academic, ect ect) for about 230 bucks canadian including shipping.

For reference that retails for about 530 bucks with GST here.
