Just read something that confirmed a thought I had earlier, but the one controller was handling both ground and tower.

Even at that time of day, for LGA that's just insane to me. Normal, but insane.

(It's probably mentioned in one of those videos but I haven't watched them yet. Not a fan of Captain Steeeve)

Edit: Confirmation may have been erroneous, US transport secretary saying earlier reporting false
