I think somewhere along the line a bunch of canadian media personalities just latched onto the narrative and made a habit of saying it. In spite of the cupless drought and stats that refute the claim they probably won't relinquish it any time soon either.
I actually didn't realize he was 2nd and 3rd in those categories. I guess they got me.
I'd love a sit down with staples or stauffer to explain to me what metrics he is the best in the world in.
