The bigger issue seems to be playing at home. They're a much better team at the Dome (which is great for ticket holders). Getting away should, hopefully, slow their roll.

What we as fans "hope to see" has exactly zero impact on what will actually happen in the future. We can wallow in those unrealized hopes, or we can enjoy the present, in the moment, while realizing that the hoped-for future wasn't going to turn out the way we hoped.
