What a difference one draft (with a top-10 pick and four picks in the first three rounds) and a couple of trades and free agent signings can make. After years living at the bottom of these rankings, the Bruins’ pool is in a much healthier position now than it has been in a long time.

Tier 1: Hagens(C, 25' #7)

Tier 2: Letourneau(C, 24' #25), Zellers(LW, 24' #76), Poitras(C, 22' #54), Lysell(RW, 21' #21), Simpson(LW, 25' #79)

Tier 3: Moore(C, 25' #51), Locmelis(C, 22' #119), Brunet(LD, 22' #132), Zajicek(G, undrafted), Pelosi(C, 23' #92), Walsh(C, 23' #188), Gasseau(C, 21' #213), Svedebäck(G, 21' #117)

Hagens is going to be a stud. Currently, he's one of the best prospects in the league. The rest of the prospects I'm not that sold on. Letorneau is doing well in the NCAA, and he's big, and physical, but I don't see more than a 3rd liner there.
