According to the article, part of his treatment is homoeopathy – which, right away, shows that he is, if not a quack, skirting perilously close to the boundary of quackdom.
If he is also prescribing homoeopathic doses of beer for himself, then he's probably the driest guy in Munich during Oktoberfest.
