But the rodeo occurs there as well during Stampede daytime with over 25,000 per day. And it is going no where fast.
Also...have to remember that the Stampede board owns and runs all these things so they dont necessarily have to do anything with this stuff unless there in an incentive too.

All of which can work in a stadium equally as well as a grandstand.
