No, they would be aligned with the rest of BC year-round. They would be MST year-round and the rest of the province would be PDT year-round, but Mountain Standard and Pacific Daylight are the same time on the clock.

They would be the same time as us during the winter and an hour behind in the spring/summer/fall (assuming "us" is Calgary).
