I still wouldn’t count Loob, if we’re being honest, considering he 1) played almost as many games in the SEL as he did here and 2) didn’t actually retire from hockey when he left the Flames.
If we’re limiting it to just looking at their NHL career, then yeah, include Loob too. But I wouldn’t immediately look at a player who played 50% of his career in Sweden as a “lifelong” Flame like you can with Peplinski and potentially Backlund.
