YYC Food and drink experience is running from March 13-29th- A good chance to try new things and get a bit of a deal. A lot of restaurants are offering 3 course meals for $50, and some "gourmet" options for $80. I checked out a few last year that were good.
Model Citizen is offering a special tasting that looks interesting, I might try and check it out.

Joining from St. John’s, Ian Brown and Gabe Roberge of Namjim (formerly operating out of Bannerman Brewing Co.) will present a special two-night Thai-inspired-concept dinner at Model Citizen.
This is a pre-set menu, and will run for 2 nights, 2 dinner seatings per night.
