During my five minute scroll there were 3 posts about Iran, which is the biggest political and international news story going, so not surprising.

"Calgary Flames" search was benign. You haven't done a different conclusion than I did there (and your experience not wholly different from mine except mine had a higher volume of anti-Trump reports by default, again I understand it can fluctuate).
Now do baseball. Right now because of the Italy win against the US you will see a shift from what I experienced, but you will likely see some Italy fascist comment as well as more Trump baseball cap stuff.
But heck I will counter with a different search with clear misinformation in full force.

BlueSky is by far the better source with solely news
X is full of transphobia and far right as soon as you search it. First 4 posts were clear extreme far right takes.
Search Tel Aviv
Bluesky becomes a complete cesspool of fake bombing videos, and nasty cheers of deaths of zionists. Incredibly nasty stuff.
X as well has a lot, though Bluesky definitely has more fake videos.
Misinformation is highly dependent on the topic and which platform you are using. Understanding this. BlueSky is just as prone to misinformation as any other platform because of the user base, and for certain topics have an unchecked echo chamber.
