Yes. I think one of the big thing detractors were saying is giving them Andersson would impact the Hanifin 2026 pick. I think at the time of the trade it was assumed they would be the division winner and the 2026 would at best be 28. Seeing how things have unfolded to date, currently sitting at 18. I would gladly take that instead of the conditional 1st in 28. Really with their struggles and the coming of age from the California teams, their '27 will likely be in the same range. At that point the 2nd in '28 is just the cherry on top.
