Come to think of it, it would be a decent consolation if Vegas won the Cup and the Flames ended up with the 31st and 33rd overall picks and Liam fell to 31st because nobody else wanted to pick him without having the pick to get Markus as well. And as an added bonus, the Flames would get another 1st from Vegas.

The door will be closed by the 31st pick, I suspect.
Vancouver owns Minny's pick and I think it is likely that they jump on Liam if he is there. The team that gets the first one has a good chance of getting both. And the two teams that are likely most interested are the two teams that happen to be in the best position to get them (VAN and CGY).
The other team to be concerned about is STL because they own the DET (24) and COL (32) picks.
I think that if you sit and hope they fall to you, you'll miss out.
