Look at recent President's Trophy winners:
- 2023 Boston best regular season ever: 2 years later, bottom 5 finish
- 2024 Rangers: Miss playoffs next season, likely bottom 5 finish the following year
- 2025 Jets: Likely bottom 6 finish the next season
The 2028 first could be a good one.
