I remember going to Phoenix back in like 1998 when the Canadian dollar was in the tank, and seeing places for like 165 to 175 US there and thinking good god is that expensive....275k for these places...thats double what a house here costs. Today those places are now worth like 190 US and I think....cripes thats cheap, half of what a house is here. Amazing how a few years can change your perspective on things.

Still it looks like theres a lot of other comparable places in the Hat for 240 that I can avoid that one.
