The city has special requirements for grow-op houses. They are throughly checked over and lots is replaced. There is a whole section about grow-ops. It depends on the extent of damage done the house. The biggest cause of damage is the excess moisture caused by the grow-ops. Destroys drywall and potentially the structure.
There is a grow-op by my friends house and it has sat for probably a year. There was a dumpster outside for a while and there is stickers on the doors and windows warning people to stay out.
