Grow ops always have to be sold as "a former grow op" unless the house is torn down and rebuilt.
But I've seen houses on MLS that have not been touched yet- the owner just wants it off their hands. So the level they have been fixed up can be all or nothing, or anywhere in between.
As for this house, I can see them getting the right buyer at this price- somebody who is interested in a piece of history; or a group of neighbours who want to see the house torn down. A few months ago on Global they showed such neighbours wondering when the house would be demolished.
