He didn't need to get them to agree with him. They all knew that Mike was a far bigger threat down the line then Kail. And he never went off on Mike, he just put him up because Mike dared to challenge Dick.

She was a basket case before she even got in the house. And her poor decisions might just be because she's so dumb that Cowboy from BB5 could outwit her.
