I do agree he has gone too far from time to time, but on the whole I think he has done a masterful job of rattling people and taking them off their game.

I don't think he's really taken down anyone but Kail. I have to laugh when he threatened to choke Jen with his penis and she responded, "with that little thing?".
He hasn't attempted to hunt Zach because Zach is the biggest joke of a player in the game, and Dick realized that early on. He is a puppet to whomever shows interest in being his friend.

He was one of the major spearheads in the movement to get Nick out, he just chose to do it covertly and with others as opposed to overtly and on his own. And while that was clearly a mistake to us viewers, who have the benefit of knowing both that Eric is America's player (and thus the missing votes) as well as how genuine Nick was in wishing to ally with D/D, I think it's a hard move to criticize from Dick's Point of View. As far as he was concerned, Nick did appear the most likely to have cast the missing votes, not to mention the distraction his relationship with Danielle was causing both for Danielle and for Dick. I would have wanted him out, too.

And Mike's elimination was clearly a result of Dick coming straight out and saying "you just crossed me and that was a serious mistake dude, and you are going to be gone because of it." And he got the entire house to agree with him.

So really, he took down all 3.

The only one of his major targets to escape has been Jen, with whom he has made up anyway.

Eric didn't get voted out last week but the damage Dick did to his game is immeasurable, and he will almost absolutely be the first of the LNC to be eliminated.

He completely destroyed Amber's emotional state (shakey to begin with) and guaranteed her game is going to suffer because of it. She is already making poor decisions as a result of being a basket case.

He has exposed the witchy side of Jameka, causing her to lose the level-headedness and neutrality she had clung to from the start, which will probably rub people the wrong way- not necessarily right now, but somewhere down the line (i.e. her calling his mother a btch).

He hasn't gone directly after Jessica, and do you think it's a coincidence that her position in the game has benefitted concurrently? I don't. She doesn't have to deal with drama and has been able to make smart decisions. But he did have her on the brink of breaking her alliance with Eric last week... and the fact he even came close to doing that is a pretty big feat in my eyes, considering how close those 2 have become.

He is clearly intimidating Dustin as well, though I think that Dustin is probably the next strongest player left in the game and that is why Dick has had trouble with him.

Basically, I think that Dick has been the star and the show will suffer greatly with him out of the house. And not just because of the superficial "entertainment value" of his outbursts to the casual viewer, but because he has without a doubt had the largest impact on the game itself, and really has been closer to the puppetmaster figure than anyone else. I think CBS realizes this, and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Big Brother tried to do some subversive manipulation in the Diary Room the rest of the week.
