Epstein operated widely and openly in the most elite of financial circles. The question is how the F was he allowed to do so after his conviction in 2008 and it coming to light that he was habitually luring and soliciting girls as young as 14.

And they should all be audited. Just because you're a charity or a medical research facility doesn't mean you can't commit fraud.
