I once worked on a danger clearing contract for B.C. Hydro. The Hydro inspector had a hate on for the little company I was working for at the time so he sat in his truck everyday/all day watching me work. His hope of course was that he could find a safety infraction in order to shut us down. Even if his low opinion of the company was right-on I had a perfect safety record and several years experience. My boss eventually complained to Hydro about this guys treatment of me and my crew. He was taken off the contract and given different responsibilities. Congress's behavior since the democrats won a majority has been akin to that hydro inspectors. Unfortunately there is no one to stop congress until the next election cycle. There is good reasons why this Congress has a lower approval rating then the President.
