It's Luxembourg, again you needed to pay better attention. Take a look at the trade and financial ties to Belgium and Holland, and the integration into the EU, and tell me again how they are doing it all themselves.
You brought up Europe, many lessons to be learned there. Read up. Isolationism isn't what created the EU.
