... and yet you somehow fail to do correctly. Provinces do not pay tax, individuals and corporations pay tax and they pay the same rate regardless of where they live. Do think Albertans are entitled to pay a lower federal tax rate by divine right or something? Regardless, Albertan bloviating about equalization is all phoney anyways.
