Until there's actual admissions or some sort of evidence, I think it's best to assume any and all references to food or eating are pure innuendo. Not because I don't think there's definitely a possibility of some of that, but because the super crazy parts of it can undermine the credibility of the stuff we really do know to be true and is sickening enough to put people away for life on it's own. Let's just focus on that stuff (the child trafficking part of it all) for now.
