Congrats on taking the leap dude. I'm sure it'll be a blast.

Thanks Guys for the best wishes....

It's scary as hell to pack up your life, and leave with nothing more than a travel-pack on your back
You'll be fine. You have more balls then me (figuratively of course because I hope you have no more than 2) Isn't your brother on the board here he can give us updates on your whereabouts.

Hopefully you will find it's way better here, at least that's what I've told buddies who have gone away to find themselves, they almost always come back.

Bet your parents are apprehensive. [/b][/quote]
My parents have actually been the most supportive people about this. My dad loves the idea...he did something similar when he was 23....moved to Europe with 3 frineds, bought a van, and toured for 6 months.

Yeah, my brother is on the board, but I will have internet, and come on all the time to give you updates, and to get updates on the Flames.....I hope they are playing by then.

And its interesting, your comments on finding it better here. That is kind of the reason I am going. I've been fed up with the north american society recently, and decided that this trip was the best thing for me....'You don't know what you got till its gone....'

I am REALLY looking forward to my trip just to spend those first 7 days back in Calgary, and Canada.

....as weird as that sounds, its true.
