Just a note to all the Calgary media, past and present that I've really enjoyed the coverage of this team over the past 50 odd years.

I used to fall asleep next to the radio and record the call in shows on cassette tape so I could play them on my Walkman on the school bus the next day. That and the newspaper were about the only way to learn about the Flames. I would stake out the school library on Tues for the stats page, and for my 13th b-day I got a subscription to The Hockey News - hoo boy what a treat!

Now - there is just so much more access thanks to you guys! CP has been a stalwart for decades, but to be able to have dozens of articles, podcasts, commentary, videos... well this junkie loves his smack for a small market western Canadian team playing in a city he hasn't lived in for decades.

Your passion is awesome, your talent is growing. Keep it up! I predict the Rebiggle is going to create a new wave of Fans in 5-10 years, and they're going to be growing up with you guys just like I did with Eric Duhatschek, Peter Mahr, and Ed Whalen.
