Where you start depends on: your pre-existing fitness, body weight, core strength, flexibility, etc....
During covid, kettlebell work was my primary form of exercise. I may have been in the best shape of my life. I just did kettlebell squats and swings, and pushed myself each time. It's really easy to set a routine that allows you to push yourself, as you can just add on a swing to each workout as you gain endurance/strength.
