Can't find draft steals if you pawn off all your bullets for a bunch of mediocre players.

I fully support having as many bullets in the chamber as possible as far as draft picks go, but objectively speaking, trading 3 firsts, 2 seconds and a smattering of mid/late rounds picks in a 7 year window while trying to compete is not that bad. Look at all the competitive teams right now and how many picks they have. We were just complaining that Vegas and Dallas and all these teams don't have the picks or prospects to offer for our top players. It's very common.
