That said, Alomar off Eckersley in the 92 ALCS is still the biggest HR in Jays history, imo. That was the moment the Jays finally learned how to win the big game.

definitely the biggest homer. i would argue that the most significant play in jays history was when derek bell drew a clutch walk which allowed ed sprague to come up and hit that oh so timely home run vs. the braves in '92. i always thought that that at bat was so great and so important in the jays really becoming a truly great team and the world champs.
