- They've got one first, one 2nd next year
- They've got a bevy of other prospects to put on the table: Simashev, Lamoureux, But, Beaudoin
I just don't see them being willing to move Iginla or Desnoyers when they have so much powder in the keg to use instead

Depends on what the Mammoth want out of the Flames. If they want Kadri with full retention then I doubt Conroy settles for a package of parts. If they want Whitecloud too then that is an even bigger return.
If the main pieces they put forward is Beaudoin and a 1st in the 20s then I doubt Conroy gives them 4 retention slots or Whitecloud. At that point this year's retention slot is better used to beef up Coleman's value (not to mention the following 3 years of retention slots) and Whitecloud can be dealt separately elsewhere for more value.
Kadri (50% retained) + Whitecloud + Cooley + Vegas 1st for Desnoyers + Vanecek
or
Kadri for Beaudoin + 2026 1st
