The point is Iginlas are good hockey players but non were saviors. Get over it the obsession is ####ing flawed. Calgary fans have every reason to be engrossed with the Iginla legacy but he didn't carry the team to any majour wins.
I loved iggy but let's be rational. He was no savior. McDavid is entering the same territory. Amazing player that carried his team on his back and got nothing to show for it.
