I was low today. Not justified. My kidislighting it up in quebec, 7 goalsin twi games, but kneed a kid like an idiot and is hurt and i cant do anything from here.

There was this comedian or something i listened too. Friend tried to kill themself. Didnt work. He says why didnt you reach out. I did. Goes back in texts, hows it going. Thpught nothing about it.

He said there was a study that that just 8 minutes with a friend is all it takes off the ledge. I now have told my buds if we say 'you have 8 minutes' is the secret codeword. Any of you c words want to pm me at any time i willdo it.
