As a guy that worked as a doorman when he was younger I can tell you that one punch can do a lot of damage sometimes. I even saw a guy's eyeball pop out of its socket once.

I grew up in a small town in a time when fights were common from elementary school right up to going to the bar days. I actually made a lot of friends at school after a good first fight. That was the 1980s though and things were different.
