Every person has a right to enjoy the night out, but celebrities really need to watch themselves all the time. That is why they usually don't go out without 1 or 2 other guys, more or less as a witness.
But if it was an unprovoked attack then he probably screwed himself out of being the top pick, no matter what his talent is.
